Johan is an internationally respected business and executive coach. He serves on the coaching panels of international and local conglomerates where he coaches executives and teams. He is an acknowledged expert in systemic thinking, mindfulness, neuroscience, leadership, emotional intelligence, Integral, levels of development, complexity, personality types and facilitating executive thinking when acting as thinking partner.
Johan’s qualifications and accreditations are complemented by Johan himself having successfully held C-Suite Executive roles such as Executive Director of listed Financial Services entities, CEO of an organisation with a large property portfolio, CEO of an international consultancy engaged in Change Management, Organisational Design and Business Coaching. During 2022 Johan served as President for the South African Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

To date, Johan has logged more than 9000 coaching hours at Executive and Senior Professional level on an Individual one-on-one basis and with Teams. Johan’s coaching has helped many C- Suite Executives developing themselves to better deal with the demands of change, complexity, uncertainty, and conflict in their business roles. His coaching facilitates succession planning through challenging designated talent to be ready for the step-up to the next level. His coaching touches areas such as organisational enhancement, process and systems awareness, cultural diversity, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, change management, people development and self-development.
